
Our services don’t end after the evaluation. Families in our program can receive personalized support from a Care Sidekick™.
Consider them an extension of your care team – we help families navigate accessing services and getting connected to resources in their community. Together, we can work with you to find services in your area based on the physician’s recommendations. We want to be your ongoing support to help your child thrive.
Following the results visit, you will receive an email with additional information on next steps on care coordination. Some states require families to use their care coordination program, so our team will connect you to those resources when necessary.

Families typically meet with their care sidekick once a month. They can also communicate with their care sidekick via phone and email for additional support.
We work with commercial insurance plans, TRICARE, traditional state Medicaid plans and managed care partners. We are constantly expanding our relationships as we grow. And, as a part of our process, our support team will review a child’s insurance benefits with their parent or guardian before the first appointment.
