Insurance & Payment Information
Our mission is to ensure every child has access to the care they need, when they need it most. We offer a variety of insurance and payment options, accepting many major health plans. We can provide alternate payment options for families who do not have insurance coverage for their child.
Payment is based on service utilization and the patient’s specific health plan. Copays and high deductible plans can create variability in cost. We will provide you a benefits investigation after scheduling your appointment so families can make an informed decision to proceed prior to the first appointment.
Please be advised that the purpose of the benefits investigation is to understand your health plans’ benefits related to the As You Are service. The results of the benefits investigation will provide your family with an estimation of out-of-pocket expenses based upon the benefits provided to us by your health plan. Final charges may differ depending on various factors. This is not a guarantee of coverage or payment by your health plan. Final patient responsibility amounts will be based on your health plan’s explanation of benefits.
