Pediatrician
As You Are is seeking Physicians who are motivated to provide high quality, patient and family-centered care in a virtual care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in autism and other behavioral health and developmental disorders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving pediatric health outcomes, and eager to learn and develop new skills using novel diagnostic approaches for autism via technology.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete additional training, certification and licensure to assist in providing excellent, evidence-based autism diagnostic assessments through a virtual medicine video platform
- Utilize innovative technology solutions that assist in the clinical decision making process and provide feedback to ensure continuous quality improvement of both patient and physician experience
- Work collaboratively with like-minded physicians and access consultations and support as needed
- Participate in ongoing continuing education seminars to enhance and broaden your skill sets directly related to the As You Are mission
- Thoughtfully guide families to the best therapeutic options with the aid of support staff and care coordinators to assist with non-clinical duties

Work Environment and Hazards
This position requires sitting for extended amounts of time with a majority of the tasks requiring typing at a computer station. This is a remote position. Remote employees will provide, at their expense, a secure, dedicated work area and are responsible for maintaining their work area in a safe, secure, and nonhazardous condition at all times
Physical Demands:
This position is mainly a stationary position involving sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Pediatrics, Family Medicine or Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics
- Must be Licensed to practice in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, KY, NJ, PA, OH, TX, VA, NY or CA
- Virtual care experience preferred
- Willingness to get licensed in additional states, with assistance, preferred

Vice President of Payor Relations - San Antonio, TX
As You Are is seeking a Vice President of Payor Relations to support Quadrant Biosciences Inc. and its affiliates. The VP of Payor Relations builds and maintains relationships with internal and external sources involved in the payor contracting process; drives contracting and negotiation strategy. In addition, serves as a liaison with the revenue cycle team, utilization review team, and other internal staff on implementation of contracts and compliance to contract terms to ensure providers are receiving appropriate reimbursement, to ensure rules and requirements are followed and to prepare for renegotiations. The role interacts with internal and external parties regarding communication/questions about rates and terms, rate structure and development and reconciliation of contract provisions and disputes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Negotiate and secure Payor Contracts
- Coordinate Payor strategies to ensure they fit with and support Finance and RCM
- Demonstrate ability to explore and target multiple Payor types, including HMO’s, PPO’s self-insured, employers, etc.
- Develop and continuously perfect presentations and material for payors meetings that accurately reflects the demands of the company
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all levels of Payor staff that impact our business
- Coordinate with RCM to identify and prevent, or rectify, any items that may result in claim denials.
- Review contract language and other pertinent documents with utmost detail and communicate findings
- Maintain list of all current Payor contracts and tracker of all contracts being worked and needed
- Track renewal of all contracts
- Demonstrate a creative approach to strengthen our contractual relationships into more of a partnership/exclusive type of contracts
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance or other related field
- 5-7 years of payer enrollment experience with commercial, Medicaid, and managed care organizations across multiple states
- Experience with provider credentialing and enrollment related databases (i.e., CAQH, NPPES)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all functional areas
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of the payor landscape within the United States
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collecting data and developing rate negotiation proposals/presentations
- Experience with licensing and credentialing of medical and healthcare providers

Patient Support Representative - Syracuse, NY
As You Are is seeking a Patient Support Representative to support Quadrant Biosciences Inc. and its affiliates. As part of the frontline communication team, The Patient Support Representative provides exceptional support to anyone reaching out to As You Are, our virtual care network (ie: families, providers, caregivers) via inbound and outbound calls, emails, chat and text messages.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide superior customer service support to patients, caregivers, health care professionals, consumers, and payers contacting the Support Team center.
- Assist callers with all inquiries related to insurance eligibility, coverage status, billing and payments, referral resources, scheduling / rescheduling, troubleshooting and assisting in virtual appointment login, and other administrative processes and procedures
- Assist with initial patient registration
- Ability to support inbound and outbound communication and inquiries
- Utilize and document interactions in applicable EHR/EMR/CRM technology
- Perform quality control checks of all information entered
- Ensure achievement of quality control metrics through collaboration with the Quality department
- Maintain working knowledge of organization guidelines, SOPs, FAQs, and current best practices for ASD
- Other duties as assigned

- Two years of experience within a call center and/or healthcare-related setting; equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Proficient in applicable computer software, i.e., Google Suite, athenaNet, Zendesk, and RingCentral
- Experience with virtual care patient customer support
- Preferred, but not required: Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
