Accessing Your Patient Portal
Your new Athena Patient Portal gives you access to all the information related to your services with As You Are. We encourage you to login to your portal to familiarize yourself with all of the features. Once logged in, you’ll be able to:
Homepage
Your patient portal homepage displays important information regarding upcoming appointments, new messages, recent test results or health reminders.
My Health – Medical Forms
In your medical forms section, you’ll have access to letters from your physician such as work/school excuses, IEP evaluation request and your visit summary following your Results Appointment.
Messages
In your messages app, you’ll be able to send your As You Are physician or Care Sidekick™ a message. You can even add attachments to the messages as needed.
