Q: What is your connection to our mission?

A: I began my interest in developmental pediatrics as a whole during my residency. I always felt that we did not get enough exposure to it. It should really be at the core of what we do as pediatricians. When I was presented with the opportunity to be involved in this mission, I was thrilled! I have a son with autism and I know the daily struggles as well as the struggle to get through this process. I feel passionate to advocate for other families going through this.

Q: Why do you love helping children?

A: How could you not! I love knowing that I am helping to keep kids healthy (both mentally and physically). Plus, I get to watch a lot of Disney movies for research!:-)
