Dr. Damian Dos Santos is board-certified with the American Board of Pediatrics and has been a pediatrician for almost 10 years. In addition to his work as an As You Are physician, he is also a pediatrician for MDLive and Amwell Medical Group. He completed his graduate degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Pediatrics Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Damian Dos Santos is licensed and can see families for autism evaluations in Texas.

Q: What is your connection to our mission?
A: As a Pediatrician, one of the most important jobs I have is evaluating childhood development and ensuring that every child who needs it has access to the services that will help them reach their full potential. Every child deserves access to the care they need it and should never have to wait.
Q: Why do you love helping children?
A: Being part of a child and their family’s journey during growth and development is such a rewarding experience. I love everything about the role I play in helping children.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: I am a huge soccer fan, vamos Argentina! I also love spending time outdoors, hiking, and traveling with my wife and dog!
Q: What (or who) inspires you?
A: My parents are my inspiration. I am where I am today because of all their hard work and sacrifices.
Q: Tell us about your family. Any children? What about pets?
A: I live with my wife and our Boston Terrier Binx, named after the character from our favorite Halloween movie, Hocus Pocus.
