As General Counsel at As You Are, Erica Ash brings extensive healthcare regulatory expertise and a personal commitment to improving access to developmental healthcare. Prior to joining the company at its founding, she served as an attorney at Husch Blackwell, where she advised healthcare organizations on regulatory compliance and strategic growth. Her experience in healthcare law, combined with her perspective as a parent, drives her passion for helping families receive timely answers about their children’s developmental needs. Erica plays a key role in As You Are’s mission to expand access to early autism diagnosis through innovative telehealth solutions.
