A: Every child deserves the best care without delays. I believe that, as a pediatrician with As You Are, we can help guide families to much needed diagnoses and early therapy to optimize their child’s development.
A: There is absolutely nothing better in life than seeing a child smile. To help one child is to help the world because children are what make the world go around.
A: Exercise (HIIT, spinning, weights, running, competitions) and plants!
A: My daughter is my inspiration. She is kind, patient, smart, and always happy. She describes herself as “a delight” and “joyful” which is absolutely accurate. I strive to personify her every single day.
A: I have a daughter named Ruby Lu who was born on Christmas Day and named after her great grandmother and my mother. She is in second grade. We have the fluffiest dog named Princess Leia. My father is an aerospace engineer and my mother is a retired US Postal Service mail carrier. I also have a brother who is an anesthesiologist and two beautiful nieces with his wife who is a pharmacist. My family is everything to me!

We work with commercial insurance plans, TRICARE, traditional state Medicaid plans and managed care partners. We are constantly expanding our relationships as we grow. And, as a part of our process, our support team will review a child’s insurance benefits with their parent or guardian before the first appointment.
