Flexible Payment Option 1: Pay in Full
What it means: You’ll pay up-front (prior to being seen) for the standard three visit evaluation sequence.
How much does it cost: $600 – one time, prior to your first visit
Flexible Payment Option 2: Pay-per-visit
What it means: You’ll be able to pay-per-visit as you go through the standard three visit evaluation sequence. This allows you to space out your appointments based on your financial needs.
How much does it cost: $250 per visit, paid prior to each visit
Know which option works best for your family? Simply login to your patient portal and request an appointment via a message to our patient support team. You’ll let them know which new flexible payment option you’d like to use to move forward with your child’s autism evaluation.
We work with commercial insurance plans, TRICARE, traditional state Medicaid plans and managed care partners. We are constantly expanding our relationships as we grow. And, as a part of our process, our support team will review a child’s insurance benefits with their parent or guardian before the first appointment.
